NutriSpy

A food diary for building muscle: protein, supplements, sleep and training

Protein and calories per meal, your weight trend beside it.

Weight history with a smoothed trend and calories

Why keep a diary for building muscle?

The protein number is where it starts. Whether training turns into muscle also depends on whether you eat enough, how you sleep and what happens on the days in between.

A diary puts these side by side instead of spreading them over three apps. Every meal shows protein, calories, carbs and fat, and your day adds up against your target.

Frequently asked questions

What protein target does NutriSpy set?

For building muscle, 1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight a day. Every meal shows how far your day has come. It is a reference value, not personal dietary advice.

Does NutriSpy show amino acids?

Yes, with Premium. Underneath the macros sits the layer most food diaries stop short of: the essential amino acids, alongside iron, magnesium, zinc and omega-3.

Can I log supplements like creatine and protein powder?

Yes. Protein powder, creatine, pre- and post-workout, vitamin D, magnesium – in the same diary as your food, with the timing: before or after training, with a meal or before sleep.

Can I log my training?

Yes, as an activity with type, duration and the energy it costs – by hand or synced from Apple Health or Health Connect. Hours slept and sleep efficiency sit beside it. NutriSpy does not track sets and reps; your training plan stays where it is.

What does NutriSpy make of my entries?

From five logged days, NutriSpy shows with Premium which foods, supplements and habits go with your better and worse days – sleep and recovery included. Log muscle mass, body fat and your waist beside a smoothed weight trend, and add blood values like vitamin D or ferritin when you have them.

Do I have to weigh my food?

No. You describe what you ate – by voice, photo, barcode or text – and NutriSpy estimates amounts and nutrients from it. If you want it more precise, name the grams or scan the barcode.

What does NutriSpy cost?

Your diary is free, AI-powered logging included. The insights, sync back to Apple Health or Health Connect and the export are part of Premium, by subscription. Current prices are shown in the app.
